How To Use Feedback Assistant
1. First open the Feedback app on iOS 11 Beta device.2. Then press Accept button in the initial statement part of application usage.
3. After that please Login with Apple ID you use.

5. To create a new report, press the New Feedback button or a paper icon under the pencil at the top right of the screen.
6. Please start with the report of the type of device used, the initial information on what part you report, the problem description and upload the photo or video document if necessary. Users can also set up Log Files that contain some privacy data if they do not want to be shared with Apple. End the report by pressing the Submit button at the top.

Similar to the working mechanism of an email application, any unfinished reports you write will be saved to Drafts. While the report will be sent there in the Outbox. The difference is, after a report sent and received by Apple, there is a Submitted section which means it has been received. Apple may respond to your report by sending a reply message in the Inbox section.
In addition to notes, there are some settings you can do in the Feedback Assistant application. Namely the use of Cellulat Data to upload documents or security when opening applications with Touch ID. This section can be set via the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen, either on the iPhone or iPad device.
